Gini Dustin: Home

Welcome to the warm, wonderful world of Gini Dustin, chanteuse extraordinaire.

Gini is a consummate performer who has appeared in cabarets and clubs throughout New York, with forays into Connecticut and New Jersey. Her intimate, lyrical style has been compared to Barbara Cook (Stu Hamstra, Cabaret Hotline). Gini has a way with a song that draws you into the music, that engages your emotions, that brings your life into the life of the song. Her sweet, direct approach to the world of the American Songbook will entice you to listen to her sing again and again.

And, as one of her French friends has said, her accent is charming and evocative. She brings an understanding of the lyrics that shines through the words and illuminates the meaning. Her "La Vie en Rose" (on the CD, Two For the Road) is one of her most requested pieces in performance. On the new CD, My Favorite Year, Les Feuilles Mortes (Autumn Leaves) showcases Gini's sensitive and lyrical style.

Have a listen to My Favorite Year, the title song of her new CD, along with a selection of other songs from both Two for the Road and My Favorite Year.

Gini Dustin — warm, lyrical and evocative — is delighted to take you on a journey through her life, her loves and her music.
